FAQs

I’ve just completed my telehealth appointment. How do I get my script?

Barwon Paediatrics now has e-scripts, your script will be sent by text to your mobile phone during your appointment.

How can I pay?

All consultations require pre-authorisation of payment 48-hours prior to your appointment. You will receive a payment link from Medipass to complete this process and the consultation fee will be placed on hold. Following your appointment, the money will be debited from your account and your claim will be lodged to Medicare (where eligible) so you can receive your rebate.
